Since Ramadan is starting tomorrow (InshAllah), I've decided to do a Ramadan feature so any deviation that I like and that link well to the theme of Ramadan!

So, after 3 years of not uploading anything, I've spammed by watchers with 15 new paintings

Because of everything going on right now, I've been home from university (we've switched to online classes for now so I still have to attend lessons) so I've had some free time to scan my work
A lot of this is work from like October, November and then some more recent things as well
I've really gotten into gouache these days. I just love how it can be like watercolours and oils depending on how you use it (two mediums I love but :shrug:) So it's become my main medium these days
Anyhow, after TROS came out, I watched The Clone Wars

I'm still here!
So ... I was a bit optimistic in my last journal (many many months ago. I hopeful I was!)
University has been pretty demanding and my timings weren't the best so DA was ignored almost completely.
However a new term is starting soon and my timings are (I hope) better and MIGHT leave me a few minutes to do something on DA.
I still have a ton of photos to go through. I've also started brush lettering and calligraphy these past few months.
With how much time spent in front of a computer, just staring at lines of code, I definitely needed an easy to do arty hobby. So a bit of research I got a pack of brush markers and off
My silence and the future
Sorry - not meant to be clickbait-y title at all!
But i felt like i needed to explain my long silence: first and foremost I'M STILL HERE! I check in every day for a few minutes, just a cursory glance at everything and i know i have a lot messages, comments, faves, etc dating back to about feb-march that i need to sort through
I'm really sorry!! This entire year has been one of intensive studying and finally it's all paid off! Most of my day would be spent studying leaving me sometimes no time at all to relax (there have been days when i'd be up until 1am trying to finish my work). It was all independent studying so it made things a little t

I've gotten another Daily Deviation!!!
I've been a little inactive lately because I've been busying studying for uni entrance exams this summer so I only just noticed that I'd been given another DD!!
It's an honour and a great pick-me-up after weeks of staring at numbers and symbols (I've been revising maths )
